On a number of o¢fasions we have askad the City of Port Coquitlam
to cempelete curbihg or sidewalk installations to the fromt ef our
resoective sropertias on Coast Meridian Road.

This winter (and in east years) we have suffered extensive damages
to beotm propeartiasys damag@s which are relatad to the unfinished
eity portion of the above addresses. These incidents were «aused
by automobiles 1 aving tnh@ roadway (Coast Meridiani and driving
onto the frontages! of these lots causing a mess of ruts tn the
grass and gravelled areas. and also craaning into our fences and
trees.

The costs of reoaire for these damages are born by oursa@alves if the
responsible parties ar@ not found and charged by tha police and/or
1cec. “~
