*A. Fixed Rate for Premises Used Solely for Residential Purposes:

This rSte shall not apply to premises that have an unfilcered swimming pool
located thereon

A ten per. centum (10%) penalty shall be applied to thar portion of the total

Where meters are the Property of the City monthly rentals for meters at the
amoun®. shown hereunder shall be chargeable, and accounts for same shall be

rendered on a two (2) months basis and shall be payable at the same time in
which che said rates for water become due and payable, and shall be liable

fora ten per centum (10%) penalty on any amounts remaining unpaid two (2)

months. after each. due dace in like manner as the metered water rates:
