Three calls to homes, one when a chesterfield cushion was burning caused by a cigarette, one when a house was full of smoke caused by a faulty electrical plug and the other when a blanket caught fire trom a radio that had fallen and short-circuited. ‘wo industrial fires, both at C.P.R. and in both cases old o11 and rags burning(different locations). Call to an oil furnace smoking and smelling found to be not properly set causing the chimney to soot up. 42 inhalator calls. 25 home emergencies consisting of heart attacks, strokes, asthmatic attack, epileptic seizure, diabetic convulsion, a number of people suffering with flu, falls causing injuries and cuts, pregnant Jady with complications and a child in convulsions. Attended 4 motor vehicle accidents, three overdoses and attended a man with injuries due to an altercation on a bus. Went to a lady in distress when her baby was inadvertently locked in a room. Last but not least, a baby was delivered in the inhalator while transporting to hospital. 2 industrial calls, one when a man fell from a box car and the other to a man with a crushed foot.
