Dear Council Members

The Board of Directors of the Southwestern B.C. Tourist Association
wishes to extend an invitation to an important meeting. On
Wednesday, October 25, 1978, the board will be hosting each community
Mayour and an alderperson as our guest at a Special dinner.

In light of the many regional activities relating to increased
tourist traffic and the close relationship between our association
and the communities, we'd like to share some of our plans,
ambitions and successes.

In 1969 a similar meeting was held at which time the concept of
the regional tourist association was discussed. It has been
working admirably well and we've lots to tellyou about ~- we'd
‘like your reactions and input.
