this category would cover such activities as large meetings and
cultural activities for local community sponsered programmes, i.e., art

shows, Husic Festival.

C. Straight rental charge - $75.00

Local community club sponsored programmes for fund raising purposes.

Professionsl entertainers and outside commercial organizations.

PRIORITY muse be given to the Recreation Department programmes.
YOUNG ROOM ~ for tieetings and small social functions.

"Non-fund raising and non-profit organizations"
This category will essentially cover local community sponsored

programmes for meetings, award nights, seminars, etc.

2. Straight rental charge - $35,00

Local community club-sponsored programmes for fund raising purposes.

i.e., teas, small dinners, art shows, ctc.
PRIORITY, however, must be given to the Recreation Department Programmes.

MABBETT ROOM - When there are rental charges, the followine apply:

There will also be a $20.00 charge for each additional hour after
1:00 A.M.

Each facility requires a4 $25.00 security deposit for Mabbett and

Young Room, the piane a $10.00 security deposit if used.

Janitorial Service: All rentals include janitorial service and the setting

up and removing of tables and chairs as required.
