RESOLUTION: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of September 27th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued to Pel 1, DL. 232, 340, 341, 244, Grp. 1, NWLD Pian 77605 relaxing the following requirements; Development Services Bylaw 2242, Section 13(b) obliging developments to follow public works standards on site. Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Seetion 502(3b) Baleony setback requirements from 1.2 metres to 2.5 aud Section 808(7) side yard setback requirements from 3.5 metres for windows to 1.8 metres. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of Qctober 3rd, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of October 3lst, 1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissious should be considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or net the Development Variance Permit should be issued. R.A.
