Re; U.B.C.M. Format.

Late in 1979 Council instructed Aldermen Ranger and Mabbett to put together any
suggestions from Council members in regard to their thoughts as to changes in

U.B.C.M. Convention format,
As a result of several suggestions being made, we have confined them to the
following:

1. . The U.B.C.M. Executive ehould be impowered to reduce the total number of
resolutions to approximately 50 in number in order that more time can be
given to the priority items affecting the greatest majority of

municipalities.
