will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City QC]

Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 5th,
1981 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by~law.to amend the
“City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law. No. 1860: ‘ to rezone Lot "B" and Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6,

Block 23, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2240, New Westminster

District, from RM-l to RM-4. ,
This property is located on the east side of Flint Street just
south of Fraser Avenue and has the civic addresses 3076, 3080,

and’ 3088 Flint Street.* It ds expected a 24-unit-. apartment somplex

will be constructed on the property following completion of the

rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed by-law may be inspected in the Officu of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p-m. to 4:30 p.m., on
working days, September 24th, 1981 to October Sth, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
