RECOMMENDATION:

‘THAT City Council direct the Clerk's Office to inform surrounding property.
owners about this application.

AND THAT City Council adopt a resolution to waive the requirements of. Bylaw
3242, Management of Development division 3, Works and Services, Section 13 (b)
requiring that on site works and services be installed to the standard of the
Subdivision Bylaw for the North 75 feet of Lot 2, of Block D, N.W. Quarter of
Section 6, Twp 40 NWLD Plan 11944. .

AND FURTHER THAT.

COMMENTS:

City Council may. recall that a problem was identified with ‘the . “wording - “Of”
Section 13. (b) of the Development Management. Bylaw. Essentially, what | the
bylaw: requires is that on site services and driveways be “constructed | toa
public | road and utility standard. Staff have recommended to Council that this”
requirement be waived until the bylaw. section is redrafted. an
