When a Building Inspactor requires professional design and field review, the Owner shall prior to the issuance of a permit, eubmit forme from ai Registered Professional as required by the Building Code. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OWNER 9.1. ie a “iy M6, Neither the granting of a permit, the approval of drawings and specivications, nor inspections made by a Building Inapector shall in any way relieve the Owner and builder from full’ responsibility for carrying out the work or having the work carried out in accordance with the requirements of this Bylaw and the Building Code.
