Westminster District, addressed as 1485 Coast Meridian Road from A-1 to M~1l
proceed to Public Hearing.

NEW BUSINESS:

Alderman -Gates advised that a resident of the District of Coquitlam,
living adjacent to the City's border, had had a recent problem with the
8.P.C.A. and he requested that Council permit that resident to address
Council this evening.

That representations respecting a recent problem encountered by a resident

of the District of Coquitlam with the S.P.C.A. be heard by Council this

evening.
