RECOMMENDATION:

"WHEKEAS the tands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1.

Lot 3, Block 13-15; District Lot 232, Group One, Plan
1932, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be
sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Counci! is received.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to
publish and post the 'Realt Property for Sale By Tender"
Notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Counci!
meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby
approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject

all of the bids if Council in Its absolute discretion
determines that rejection is appropriate.

The details and location of this property is shown on the

material tollowing.

The property is being offered for sale at

a price based on an appraisal completed on August t3th, 1986.
