RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw

rezoning Lot A of D.L. 232, Group 1, NWLD Plan 3299 from RS~3
to RS-1 and RS-2.

COMMENTS:

This application is for an infill subdivision. The subdivision

follows the pattern setout in the South Pitt River Road

Neighbourhood Plan.

Approval of the application is recommended.
