(hereinafter called the "Grantor")

OF THE FIRST PART

COQUITLAM, a Municipal Corporation under the
"Municipal Act’ of the Province of British
Columbia, and having its Municipal Offices at
2580 Shaughnessy Street, in the City of Port
Coquitiam, in the Province of British
Columbia, V3C 2A8

(hereinafter called the "Grantee”")

OF THE SECOND PART

WHEREAS the Grantor is the owner in fee simple of that
certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate, lying
and being in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of

British Columbia, and being particularly known and described
as:

Lots 1 & 2, DL 380, Group 1, NWD Plan LMP0C0010
(hereinafter referre:i to as "the said lands")

AND WHEREAS to facilitate the construction, improving,
extension, alternation, repair, maintenance, and operation
of sanitary sewer works, the Grantor has agreed to permit
the construction by the Grantee of the aforementioned works
en the said lands, and hes granted for that purpose a
Statutory Right-of-Way registered in the New Westminster
Land Title Office under No. BE019283 on April 18, 1991.
