-NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That survey pians based on Map #5 of +he

City Engineer's report of January 10, 1985 be prepared by one or more

AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to Sign the said survey

_ plan-or plans on behalf of the municipality and to affix the Cor porate

THAT the location of the centre of the channel of the Coquitlam River
shown on that survey plan or plans be confirmed and accepted as the

location specified in the Letters Patent of the City of Port °°

AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and seal al| ‘such
further plans, documents, or assurances as may be required to

establish the said boundary in the location specified on the said
