A By-law to provide for the adoption of a capital expendstilt oxb-

gramme for a period of five years:

WHEREAS Section 199A of the Muricipal Act requires that on or before
the fifteenth day of May ‘in ‘each: year the Council shall cause to be prepared aud
adopt by by-law a capital expenditure programme for a period of not less that
five years, showing estimates of the proposed source and application of funds
for capital purposes for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "ar to this By-law shall be the capital expenditure pro-
“gramme of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years 1972,
1973, 1974, ‘1975, and 1976.
"2. The capital expenditure programme contained in Schedule MA" shall
remain in force and effect until a new five year capital expenditure programne
is adopted in the year 1973, ,
3. ‘This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Five Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1972, No. 1178",
