Alderman Mabbett expressed concern regarding the banging
together of CP Rail cars on August 25th, 1982 at 6:00 a.m., August
26th, 1982 at 1:00 - 2:30 a.m. and August 29th, 1982 at 1:00.-
2:00 a.m.

That CP Rail be advised of the concern expressed regarding
recent incidents of rail cars being banged together and also that
an updated report be requested on the relocation of hazardous
material storage from the Port Coquitlam railyard.

Alderman Mabbett referred to a complaint received regarding
the BMX Track.

That a meeting be held with the BMX Association to discuss
the receipt of recent complaints.
