uA ia ry ua ON Nis; é THE CORPORATION OF THR CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2671 ee atiy mir} $4) A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of |= Nu2 The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, JUN 1 5 1992 WHEREAS an Official Community Plan waa adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw che Council hag: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the weet Tecent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure conaiatency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” to ensure consiatency between them; (ce) determined that no applicable waate management plan exiata for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the Distriet of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Fort Coquitlam, in open meeting assenbled, enacts aa faollowa: 1. The designation "Residential" shown on Schedule "B" of the "OfFiclal Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" ag enacted by Bylaw No. 2508 applying to: Lot 34, EXCEPT: Part subdivided by Plan 40830 District Lot 465 Group One Plan 25135 New Westminster District ig removed and the designation “Apartment” is applied. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw Na. 32, 1992, No. 2671", Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this llth day of May, 1992.
