Police said shortly after midnight Feb. 18 a group of people broke into a Benner St. home and ran- sacked the residence, They were interrupted | by the 17 year old boy liv- ing there and they fled on foot. But a group returned a short time later and again broke into the home. The group overpowered the young man, whose par- ents were not home, and tried to tie him up with duct tape, police said. They said the victim freed himself before any harm was done by his at- tackers. The culprits known to the victim.
