I think that the deal which has been worked out is very

: fair to all parties and results in the City obtaining usable land
adjacent to our existing City lots and other parcels which are
required for the implementation of an industrial area drainage
system, in exchange for land which is mainly unusable by the City, |
being fragments of parcels and of unused road allowances. : i

The Committee recommends that this offer be accepted
along with the terms and conditions as stated.
