Development at 750 Prainie Avenue

Recommendation:

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the attached Section 215 Restrictive Covenant ner hood
proofing fox the development at 750 Prainie Avenue.

Background and Comments:

ALL of the nxequinements fon the subdivision of the property
at 750 Prainie Avenue have been met except the final reading
of the zoning byfaw and the execution of a Section 215
Resinictive Covenant fon flood proofing. The attached covenant
document 4&8 prepaned by the Mintstru of Environment and is in
the usual form. The Approving O4hicer has received an under-
taking from the developer's sokiciton that he WtAkk annange to
have this covenant executed by the Ministry of Envinonment akter
the City has done this.
