A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on January 7th,

1980 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,

Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and N.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Clty Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, Ciry Treasurer
J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Bofleau,
Works and Utilitter Superintendunt G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. DVL. Vyse.
