The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, May 12th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider

the following proposed by-law tu amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By~law No. 1750: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-1

assigned to Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, District Lot 290, Group
One, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, and to assign

the Zone Designation of RS-1A.

This property is located at 2274 Lobb Avenue and is being rezoned

in order to permit the re~subdivision thereof in order that

a usable additional lot may be created to be used for

single family residential purposes.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, May lst to May 12th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing
