BACKGROUND: For sometime, the Planning Department has been discouraging development of the 3 subject pro- perties on an individual basis as it will necessitate the existing road along Cedar Ditch to continue to function as an aceess road whereby widening of the Cedar Ditch in the future will be made difficult if not impossible. The proper way to develop these 3 properties is based on the overall plan developed for the Victoria Drive Area, which calls for the con- solidation of the 3 properties with access from Huber in the form of a cul-de-sac, x 3 i 4 t i an H x : } ¢ 5 f A developer has now managed to assemble the 3 properties and is prepared to develop according to our guide plan.
