April 13, 1987 /103 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was heid in the Council Chamber, Port Coquittam City Hall on Monday, April 13th, 1987, at 7:30 DM. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.d. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, and W.W. Stewart in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Engineer FeE. Peters, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, Deputy City Engineer/ Operations Manager T.M. Chong, Director of Community Planning W. Brown, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and Secretary S. Rauh. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on April 30th, 1987, and the minutes from the Special Counci | Meeting of April 6th, 1987, be taken as read and adopted. Carried. DELEGATIONS: NM/01/87/04/13/00 His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Elizabeth Dennis of the 5th Hyde Creek Girl Guide Company and then presented six gir! guides with their citizenship badges. NM/02/87/04/13/16 His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mrs. M. Norris who presented a letter and petition regarding the use of Viscount School Baseball Diamonds and voiced her concern with parking, foal language and the use of fibre-can toilets during games.
