Alderman Traboulay referred to the recent policy adepted by Council that there will be no further rezoning from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Resi- dential) to RS-1 (One-Familv Residential) from July, 1974 until June, 1975, and stated he saw no urgency in processing this application now; however, Alderman Mabbett pointed out that the proposed subdivision conforms to the City's long-range road plan established for that area. The applicant, Mr. R. Harrison, was in attendance at the meeting and advised that the sale of the property to the sew owners was conditional on the lot being reduced to a smaller size, and he pointed out that he had made application for rezoning in January - prior to the Council policy referred to be Alderman Traboulay being adopted.
