Re: Curfew

Mayor Campbell has asked that the following draft resolution be presented
for Council's consideration:
“That the City Clerk, in co-operation with the Solicitor, be instructed _
‘to prepare a By-law pursuant to Section 869 of the Municipal Act to

impose a Curfew on children 15 of age and younger with the hour of

curfew to be 11:00 p.m. each and every day;

AND THAT if the said By-law is passed by Council the Fire Chief be

“instructed to make the necessary arrangements to sound the fire

we

siren each night at 11:00 p.m."
