a painting of speed
bumps upon
installation

Alderman Mabbett referred to the recently installed speed bumps in

the lane West of Shaughnessy Street between Elgin and Whyte Avenues,

which have not as yet been painted, and stated he felt it was most
important that speed bumps be painted as soon as they are installed.

Acting-Mayor Alderman Traboulay then urged all those who could to

be present to view the museum locomotive when it arrives ir Port Coquitlam

tomorrow, and commented that the plaque permanently attached to the side

of the engine inscribed with the words "From the People of Port Coquitlam"

is the greatest form of advertising this City will ever have.
