A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

14. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, Britieh Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Lot 5 and Lot 6
District Lot 379

Group One

Plan 2355

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS~l (Large Lot Residential) to p~2 (Private
Institutional) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" 18 hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2653”.

Read a first.cime by the Municipal Council this 16th day of March, 1992,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council 16th day of March, 1992,

Public Hearing held this 13th day of April, 1992.
