Re: Use of Building - McLean Avenue - Cable 10 Operation

Council may recall that Coquitlam Cablevision Ltd. approached
the City with regard to occupancy of an industrial building on McLean
Avenue for their operations. At that time I contacted Council, individually,
to discuss this particular occupancy as the Zoning By-law provisions are
somewhat open to interpretation.

At that time, Council members were unanimous in agrecing that
the occupancy was acceptable. ;

The Company has now applied in writing as they are negotiating
for the purchase of this particular building and they have asked for
Council's official agreement.
