é£t 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-laws. to amend the

"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning 4y=law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1849: ' to rezone Lot 21, Block 1, District Lot 465,

Group One, Plan 1189, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT~l.
This property is located at 2116 Salisbury Avenue and following
completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the
existing. dwelling located thereon will be demolished and a

duplex dwelling will be constructed. .

By-law No. 1850: to rezone Lot 30, Block 4 of Block 2,

District Lot 465, Group One, Plan .19174, New Westminster District,

“from RS-1 to RT-1. .
This property is located 3317/19 Flint Street and the amendment
to the Zoning By-law proposed will place the property in the

correct zone for its current use as a duplex dwelling.

A copy of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p-m., om working days, August 20th, 1981 to
August 3lsc, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
Proposed By-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-laws.
