NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 14, 1983 at 7:30 p-m. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 165i":

Bylaw No.1939: to rezone the Southerly 1978.76 sq.m. more
or less, of Lot 107, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 59040,
New Westminster District, from M-3 to M-l. ; oh

This pronerty is the rear -portion of 2532 Davies Avenue.

And. the rezoning is being undertaken to permit M-1 (General:

Industrial) uses to be located thereon and it is expected that a

manufacturer of small machine components will be taking

advantage of this rezoning.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other. relevant. documents

may. be inspected in’ the Office of the City Clerk, Port: Coquitlam

City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours. of 8:39

aem.e to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hesring. :

the . proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard
