Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements};

Submission of Landscaping Plans to the satisfaction of the Parke and
Recreation Dapartment}

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;

Ieauance of a Development Permit.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the decuments when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.
