Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 165%#, AUG 25 +986

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meating assembled, enacts as fol lows: +.

That certain parce! of jiand situated In Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly deseribed as:

West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6
Township 40

Plan 11944
New Westminster District
EXCEPT the North 75ft thereof;

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Single Family Residential) to RM-4 (Multipie Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map ef the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 165!" is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2195".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counc!! this 25th day of August, 1986.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 25th day‘ of August, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 22nd day of September, 1986.
