Bngineering:

1. This projact will require the reconstruction of approximately 90
metres of Welcher Avenue.

2. The road will be 1/2 rd + 1 m or 6.25 m wide.

3. ‘The barrier type curb and gutter will be required along the frontage

That the designer review the plane for the following Building Code
requirementa as changes may alter the plan:

a. The number of streets to confirm under Article 3.2.3.4 (3) of
the British Columbia Building Code. The building area may
exceed the permitted area for one street.

b. Centre stair from the underground parking does not appear to
comply with exit requirements for a lobby exit.

c. Ensure adequate water supply for a aprinklered buiiding.

d. A building code review will be done at the time of the building
permit application.

Fire Departwant:

The apartment unites will be sprinklered, therefore 45 metres to hydvant.

Parka and Recreation Department:

1.  Landacape plana to be approved by Parks and Recreation Department.
2. Yreea will be specified for boulevard.
