SUBJECTS: Sale of City Property - 800 Block Patricia Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

“WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

l. All that portion of Parcel “A” (Bylaw Plan 79133) Section 6, Township
40, New Westminster District Plan 19637 be sold to Celia E. Huante de
Thorlefson, 3591 Inverness Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. if terms
Satisfactory to Council can be agreed upon and no preferable
alternative proposal is received from any other person;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the “Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property” Notice appearing in
the Agenda documents of this Council meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the

bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate,”
