THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2259

A Bylaw to ameng the Official Community Plan of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Orficia!l Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Comrunity Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162". f

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Pian has been prepared and
after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has:

(a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent :
capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to
ensure consistency between them:

(b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitiam Industrial Develooment
Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them;

(c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for
consideration;

(d) determined that tne ameridment to the ofan does not atfect the District
of Coquitiam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or
the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

NOW THEREFORE the: Municipal! Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as foi lows:
The designation of "Institutional" shown on Schedule "B" of the Official
Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to:

The 0.279 ha portion of Lot 116, Northwest Quarter of Section 6,

Township 40, Plan 40349, New Westminster District, lying in the

southwest corner thereof and measuring 38.1m from the west

property line and 73.204m from the south property line.
is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" is aoplied.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan «2,
Amendment Bylaw No. 5, 1987, No. 2259", 7

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of all members of the Counci! this 13th day of April, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of ail members of the Council this 13th day of Aoril, 1987.

Determined that the amendment to the olan does not affect the District of
Coquitiam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District this 13th day of April, 1987.

Public Hearing held this j1lth day of May, 1987.
