Development Permit Application 38/91

As instructed by Council at its meeting of October 21st, 1991
representatives of Chevron Canada Ltd. will be in attendance at the Council
meeting of October 28th, 1991 to discuss the proposed construction at the
above noted address.

The project requires the issuance of a Development Permit by the
Council and the report on this subject that was before last week's Council
meeting follows and the reccomendation in that report is available for
consideration at this time if Council so choose.
