Dear Sirs:

The Port Coquitlam Lions Club has again volunteered
to sponsor the annual free Halloween dance for the young
people of the community.

As in past years, we request a grant from the City
of Port Coquitlam to cover expenses for this event. Our
estimate of costs for food and entertainment is $450.00.

The recreation centre's dance area and skating rink
have been booked for October 31st, 1974. Our final
arrangements however will depend on your approval of the
$450.00 grant.
