THAT this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from Axl

963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning that fully complies with the guidelines for development of
thia area contained in the Riverwood Area Control Plan;

b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirementa;

6. Required 3 m X 3m cerner cut off - Dominion and Ottawa.

1. Development of Building will be reatricted to floodplain criteria;
