Voluntary DEvelopment Variance Permit to construct a balcony from the second storey of the back of this house extending into the required rear yard. And that City Council adopt a resolution passing a Voluntary Development | Variance Permit for Lot 37, of Lot A, D.L. 340, NWLD Plan 71846, relaxing the reguirements of the Zoning Bylaw S&Ection 502, Rear Yard Encroactiments, Sub Section (3) Balconies and Sunlight Controls, clause (b) Balconies, increasing the encroachment permitted from 1.2 metres to 2.4 metres.
