RE: Sale of Sity Property

Attached to this merorandum are two dreft resolutions the passage of which would
authorize the sale to Meridian Developments Ltd. and Spruce Park Properties Ltd.
&£ small portions of the former Kennedy Street road allowance shown outlined on
the map set out below.

The Council will recall thet the Property lying immediately to the east of
Kennedy Street was transferred by the City to Meridian Developments Ltd. in
Yeturn for property adjacent to the City’s Ecological Area and the closure and
gale of a portion of Kennedy Street was part of the arrangement made at the time.
The division of the road allowance between Meridian Developments Ltd. and Spruce
Park Properties Ltd. has been agreed to by those two parties.
