DESCRIPTIONS:

BACKGROUND: Two buildings are existing on the subject property. The
first building was constructed in 1972 with a floor area
of 3500 sq. ft. The second building was constructed in 1974
with a floor area of 5800 sq. ft. The request is to convert -
these two buildings into 2 strata units.

The applicant has agreed to the suggestion by the Planning
Department to upgrade the landscaping up to the edge of
street pavement.

Committee on July 7, 1976 and the Committee recommends that ”
