That as requested in a letter from the Port Coquitlam District
Council, Boy Scouts of Canada, April 25th, 1977, permission be granted
to that organization to hold its annual apple day in Port Coquitlam on
Saturday, October 15th, 1977, during which the Cubs and Scouts will be
canvassing the downtown and residential areas of the City in the same
manner as in previous years, and that approval also be given for ‘the
displaying of an "Apple Day" banner over the Shaughnessy Street underpass
from October Ist to 15th, 1977. Carried.
