All that property in the Scheme located West of Maple Street be purchased from the Federal and Provincial partners by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam at the rate of .80¢ per square foot to be used for park purposes; All that property in the Scheme located East of Maple Street be purchased by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam at the rate of .80¢ per square foot to be used for free public parking for a period of eight years; The total price to be paid for the lands aforesaid, at the said rate of .80¢ per square foot, is $60,666.43 resulting in 4 payment by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to the Federal and Provincial partners of a total amount of $45,511.20; AND THAT the City's expenditure in this regard be taken from the reserve established for that purpose.
