The N.D. Lea study pertains mostly to the preposed underpass of the Mary Hill
Bypass and the C.P.R. Railway. The one recommendation in the report which the
Committee felt would adversely effect the City of Port Coquitlam was the
proposal to close access to the Mary Hill Bypass from Coast Meridian Road
using a cul-de-sac north of the Macy Hill Bypass.
