COMMENTS: This rezoning application was submitted as an alternative to the original proposal to develop the subject property for townhousing. The original application was rejected due to neighourhcod opposition to townhouse development. Due to the topography of the property, subdivision design for the road and lots has been !aid out to follow the grade. In the proposed plan of subdivision, driveway grades are designed at ten percent, which meets bylaw requirements. in ‘summary, approval of fthis application is recommended as if meets bylaw requirements. | We.
