RECOMMENDATION:

The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends
that the rezoning application be advanced to
Public Hearing after the adoption of the new
master Zoning By-law by Council and that agree-
ment from the applicant to comply with all
engineering requirements be first obtained
prior to the Public Hearing.
