Prior to passage of the above-stated resdution, Alderman Traboulay suggested that the duplex could be sold and retained for rental purposes rather than sub- divided by Strata Plan. A memorandum from the City Administrator dated August 12th, 1974, was then City Adm.re Strata Titl submitted advising that Application #13-74 to subdivide by Strata Title a duplex Appln.i#13~7 at 2177-79 Pitt River Road was approved in principle on May 27th, 1974, and al- though the Strata Title Act has now been changed so that Council approval is no longer required, the applicant has indicated that the Land Registry Office re- quires Council approval on this Plan.
