That Council reject outright the use of chloramine as a secondary disinfectant residual
throughout the water system; and

That Council consider supporting Option 3b to provide secondary disinfectant residual
thrqughout the water system:

a. Filter all sources.

b. New dam at Seymour Falls.

c. Ozone (with biological filtration) to replace chlorine as a primary disinfectant.
